Danielle is a 450HR auhentically trained advanced yoga instructor. Her offerings include Jana, Bhakti, Hatha and Raja Yoga. Danielle upholds the pillars of CommUnity, Integrity, Authenticity and Beauty while infusing her classes with Vedic Astrology and Ayurvedic science.

Danielle's class will always have the following:


  1. Jnana Yoga: a reference to the ancient and modern philosophy of yoga to inspire higher purpose 
  2. Bhakti Yoga: mind-clearing mantra to set an elevated mood 
  3. Hatha Yoga: a flow-based vinyasa practice with emphasis on physical alignment and breath 
  4. Raja Yoga: Meditation and/or breathing exercises known as pranayama.
